Talking to UK Time News about his character, Sidharth was quoted saying, “I’m really happy to be associated with season three of ‘Broken but beautiful‘, a show that was enormously loved, admired and appreciated by all. My character Agastya is both at the peak of her career and at the lowest point of her life. Agastya is shaken by grief and goes into self-destruct mode. His journey is full of ups and downs. I hope my audience will like this intense side of me.”
Sidharth Shukla will be seen essaying a dual personality of an aggressive character and a drunkard in the series. While he can scare everyone off with his short temper, he can also leave you in tears after he hits rock bottom at the same time. After he loses the love of his life in the series, he finds a way to keep his grief away with alcohol. Oh and hey, did we mention that it is Sid’s first time playing a drunkard role on-screen? Nevertheless, the man aces it. You’ll see! 😀
Speaking about his all-new experience, Sidharth said, “There’s a fine line where one can either overdo or underplay in such a scene and I have never really played drunk in any of my past projects. Hence, I was a little apprehensive about getting it right but after we completed the scene, my director and team were confident that it went well.”
