5-6 kg Eclipta Alba – Bhringraj (Whole Plant Juice)

1 –2 kg Sesame Oil (Til Tail) / Coconut Oil (Nariyel Tail)

67 grams Triphala

65 grams Anantmul – Hemidesmus Indicus

23 grams Mulethi(Yastimadhu) – Glycerrhiza glabra

Method:

Extract the juices of bhringraj and keep it aside.

Concoct the paste or kalka of the herbs by mixing it with water or cow’s milk.

Blend all the ingredients, i.e., juices, oil and kalka in a mixing bowl.

Put the vessel over the flame and keep stirring until the herbs diffuse properly and only the oil remains.

Remove it from the flame and allow it to cool and settle for a few days.

Store it in a glass container and your homemade bhringraj oil is ready for use.
